Installing and maintaning a good security plugin, keeping a watchful eye for hacking attempts, and acting on new security alerts and threats as and when they arise (for example, when a plugin is identified as allowing backdoor access to hackers into your website).
Basic email support is for answering quick questions and addressing any concerns you may have. Priority email support means those individuals will get priority over those with basic support.
Some problems are quick fixes whereas others may take considerably longer. With the advanced troubleshooting service I’m able to spend more time on those issues (within reason, if it’s going to take a lot to fix an issue then you will be billed accordingly for that).
Sometimes problems are due to web hosting, plugin problems or other causes that require input from a third party to resolve. I’ll liaise directly with them, advise them of the issue and work alongside them to find the fix.
It’s not feasible to offer unlimited uploads and content changes so we have to draw the line somewhere. As everyone will have different needs (some will want blogs adding, others may want photos changing, etc) this is the fairest way to do things. Once that time has passed (or if we think a task will take longer than your time allowance), I’ll let you know what the additional costs will be.
These are minor changes or additions i.e. not web design. For example, uploading a blog with a photo (but not designing a blog page), adding images to your media library, removing images, deleting pages, etc. Basically, if it would normally fall into the remit of copywriting/blog writing, website design or SEO, it wouldn’t be included and will be billed accordingly.
