Discuss Need

You contact me and let me know what you need help with. That can be as simple as 'My website isn't working properly, can you help?' Don't worry about not knowing the correct terminology, etc to use - I'm here to help.

Identify the Problem

This is where I dig deeper into the issue to find out exactly what you need. This might be looking at the website itself or a meeting with you to discuss your project requirements and where I can help with that.

Proposal

I'll come back to you with a proposal/scope of work to meet your needs and goals - this could be for a one-off project, or an on-going arrangement. I'll then do the work!

Completion

If it's a one-off project, there will be a number of stages in place for you to approve, revise and sign off on the work completed until we both agree the project has concluded. What that looks like for you will be discussed at stages two and three.
